Tour Itinerary

Day 1: ARRIVE DELHI

Upon arrival traditional welcome & transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2: DELHI

After breakfast at hotel start a combined city tour of old & New Delhi. Start from Red Fort (from outside) only. It is closed on Mondays) built in red sandstone, Constructed by Mughal Emperor Shahjahan, Jama Masjid, India’s largest mosque and visit famous bazaars of Chandni Chowk. Enjoy rickshaw ride in Chandni Chowk. Also visit Raj Ghat crimination site of Mahatma Gandhi-father of the nation. After visiting Old Delhi monuments visit India Gate built in memory of the soldiers who laid down their lives in the 1st World War drive past the Rashtrapathi Bhawan, Parliament House, the other government buildings also visit Sikh Shrine- Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, Humayun’s Tomb the mausoleum of emperor Humayun’s & Qutub Minar. Later in time transfer to Railway station to board on train Chetak Express . Overnight on the board

Day 3: DELHI-CHITTAURGARH (TRAIN)

Upon arrival, check into the hotel. (Early check-in subject to availability & wait at lobby till check-in time). Chittorgarh, also called Chittaur, from the 7th century to the 16th, was the capital of Mewar under the Rajputs. Chittaur evokes memories of great heroism and sacrifice by Rajput men and women in the intermittent battles that they had to fight against invaders from Northwest or Delhi.

Later in evening proceed to visit the half day city tour of Chittaurgarh Fort, Kirti Stambh, Vijay Stambh. Overnight at hotel.

Day 4: CHITTAURGARH-UDAIPUR

After breakfast rest of the time free at leisure. Later check out & drive to Udaipur, situated in the state of Rajasthan, means the ‘City of Sunrise’ has manifold attractions like imposing marble palaces, enchanting cool lakes, luxurious green gardens, and old temples. It has so many lakes and palaces that it is often called as the ‘City of Lakes and Palaces’. Upon arrival, check into hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 5: UDAIPUR

Morning after Breakfast half-day city tour to visit Jagdish Temple, Maharana Jagat Singh built the Jagdish temple, which is in the centre of the old town and to the north of city palace, in 1651. This temple is dedicated to God Vishnu and has a shrine with a black stone image of lord Vishnu as Jagannath (Lord of the universe)., City palace & Museums and Saheliyon ki Bari or Garden of the Maids of Honour, is in the north of the city. In the evening around 1730 hrs; enjoy the boat ride at Lake Pichola. Overnight at hotel.

Day 6: UDAIPUR-KUMBLGARH- RANKPUR

After breakfast proceed for an excursion to Nathdwara & Eklingi Temple. Later check out & drive to Kumbhalgarh enroute visiting Rankapur Jain Temples. Later continue on to Kumbhalgarh. Kumbhalgarh is a Mewar fortress in the Rajsamand district of Rajasthan in Western India. Built during the course of the 15th century by Rana Kumbha, and enlarged through the 19th century, Kumbhalgarh is also the birthplace of Maharana Pratap, the great king and warrior of Mewar. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7: RANKPUR-JODHPUR

Morning after Breakfast at hotel drive to Jodhpur enroute visiting Osiyan. Later continue on to Jodhpur. On arrival check-in the hotel overnight stayed in hotel.

Day 8: JODHPUR

After breakfast City tour of Thar desert was once the capital of the Marwar state. It was founded in 1459 A.D. by Rao Jodha-chief of the Rathore clan of Rajput. In Jodhpur; the genius of its sculptors comes to life in its exquisite palaces, forts, temples and Havelis, which stand as a testimony to the imperial grandeur, upon arrival check into hotel. Later in evening contact palmist at Mehrangarh fort knowing about your future. Overnight at hotel.

Day 9: JODHPUR -JAISALMER

After breakfast proceed to visit country side of city. Later check out & drive to Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer – is named after its founder Maharawal Jaisal Singh, a Rajput king in 1156 AD. “Jaisalmer” means “the Hill Fort of Jaisal”. Jaisalmer is sometimes called the “Golden City of India” because the yellow sand and the yellow sandstone used in every architecture of the city gives a yellowish-goden tinge to the city and its surrounding area. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10: JAISALMER

Morning after breakfast half-day city tour to visit Jaisalmer Fort, Havelis (Patwon-ki-Haveli, Salim Singh-ki-Haveli), Gadi Sagar & Museum. Afternoon return back to hotel & around 1600 Hrs again start Excursion to Sam Sand Dunes where you will enjoy an hour Camel Ride to see the sun set, return back to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
